Long Weekend
A belated happy Canada day or 4th of July! We hope everyone had a great long weekend. AngBob came up to visit us for a whirlwind tour of Northern Oregon culminating with Chad setting a PR in his half-marathon. Great fun was had by all!

Congrats on the record! Sounds like you guys had a nice visit. I feel out of touch after having to read 10 days worth of blog activity! It's cold in Dallas - low of 80 overnight. Have fun.
