O Christmas Tree

As part of my birthday festivities, we decided to put up our tree earlier this year. Why? No particular reason...just because or just because I wanted to see if we could string 1000 lights into it and then put up almost 400 glass balls. We can. And it looks great if I do say so myself.

I'm as old as Chad today...something my dear husband was sure to remind me of this morning. Oh well. It's only for three weeks more.
