892 Feet Above Phoenix

It was my last day of work in Arizona today. I didn't have much to do except pack up my cube and go to lunch with my group so I left early to go hiking (we had to stay out of the house during the inspection). We made it about 3/4 of the way up Squaw Peak before Nathan started fussing and it was the first time I beat Chad! Ok, so I had a 5 minute head start while he stopped in the men's room and any lead I had evaporated when I descended to join them when Nathan got hungry but those initial 15 minutes were pretty darn euphoric.....
