Decade
Hard to believe it's been a decade since we graduated from college. To commemorate the occasion, we went back to Michigan this past Labor Day to visit family and meet up with AngBob in Ann Arbor. Chad & I got to have a few days on our own back in our old stomping grounds while Nathan was being spoiled silly by the grandparents.
Wow have the campuses changed, especially the engineering campus. Lots of new buildings, bigger trees, new names. I was so stupefied upon seeing North Campus that I forgot to take pictures. Hopefully Ang will post them in her blog.
Despite all the new buildings, there were some things that haven't changed. The Tau Beta Pi office (Ang & I were officers) is still a fire hazard of a rat hole with the same ratty old couch and they still haven't changed the t-shirt logo in ten years! I remember when we picked this one out of many....

Dominick's patio is still a prime hang out spot and their sangria is still great. And the Big House? It's still big...really big and one of the best places to take in a game.

We spent the rest of the weekend hanging out in Battle Creek with the families and I got to see my godparents who were visiting from the Philippines.

Good times!

We enjoyed you too and rather than the phrase we've learned from Nathan - "Not today" we would love to have you "Anyday, Everyday."
