A Bit O Fluff

Presenting the first mystery project of 2005 and the first time I've ever knit with Rowan yarn. Kidsilk haze is unbelievably yummy but a bit tricky when you're doing lacework on large needles. Regardless, I am looking forward to more Rowan stash enhancement.

I also got a chance to play with my birthday and Christmas presents too...



I heartily approve. Nothing like the right tools for the job and I must say the wooden swift performs much better than the Chad swift. Sorry hon. Even though I found some satisfaction in winding a perfect center pull by hand, I don't think I'll be going back.

And finally, the Mail Faerie came bearing the Peace Fleece that I was able to get with my Brownie Fairy gift certificate. Barny and soft.....just waiting to be knit into socks.
