Vertigo
The view from the top of Multnomah Falls. It was such a beautiful day today that we went hiking to take advantage of the drier than normal November weather. It was almost as if a little voice was prompting us to take in as much vitamin D as we can before the other shoe drops and we don't see the sun until June. Sure enough, rain is back in the forecast and is looking to settle in for a while according to the evening news.
Nathan looks happy to be back in the saddle, um carrier again. The hike to the top of the falls was nice. Very much like Squaw Peak or Camelback in Phoenix albeit on a paved path. We were originally planning to hike the Multnomah-Wahkeena loop but due to our late start (aka a side trip to Legin for dim sum), we only had 1 1/2 hours of daylight left by the time we got to the top.
Mmm...Saag Paneer
I'm not sure how I did it but the cheese had that slight rosewater flavor that many Indian dishes have and I do not have rosewater in the house. We devoured it with cumin potatoes and brown rice. It was delish!
