Quack, Quack

Now I know how a Mama Duck feels. Nathan's little game this morning was to follow me everywhere I went, including the shower. I was standing under the spray, waiting to wake up when suddenly this little head pops out from behind the shower curtain totally oblivious to the mist that was wetting his hair. Chad caught him in the act.

Spent most of today getting all the little house details done for the first showing this afternoon. I guess it's official now that we have the sign in front. The house looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Note: Neither the child nor the cat is for sale.

In other news, my friend Steph succumbed to peer pressure (from me & Amy) and started blogging. Cruise on over to Half-Baked and say hi.

Great house! Did you paint the bathroom light blue?

Dad and I spent most of the day painting - family room, front door, garage door. Sometimes I wonder why we did not do this sooner so we can enjoy the smell of fresh paint and bright walls.

I'll take the kid anytime.
