Jewels of sweet & sour goodness. Isn't it pretty? I used Alton Brown's recipe for sweet and sour pork. I've made it once before and it's fantastic. I even pulled out my very rarely used deep fryer for the occasion.

I finished the front panels for Ribby and decided to take a break (and drum up the courage to start the sleeves with the tricky 2X2 increases) to cast on for Mystery Project #2 which is cruising right along...
