Ultra Mundane

It was a low-key weekend around here. I was on call so we couldn't stray too far away and we had people coming to start on our fence. We spent Saturday cleaning the house. Nathan is a great helper. Give him a big stick and he's up for almost anything.


Sunday, we went out to the Clackamas County fairgrounds to check out the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival. Lots of fiber and livestock abounded but none came home with me since all it would do is sit in a bin until after the holiday knitting is done. I did pick up a few baskets for market days and just to put stuff in....


Speaking of holiday knitting. It's progressing at a pretty good clip save for the frogging fiasco of this weekend. Mental note, dropping stitches in the midst of a cable pattern is virtually impossible for me to fix so that project went to the frog pile for the time being. Here's a taste from Santa's workshop...
