Hit The Chevrons!

Ah, the chevron. A Microsoft feature I hate but have not figured out how to turn off in stupid Windows XP. In fact, this OS is horrible, but I digress.

This is a chevron I can live with. I'm about 4 inches into the front but my fiber demons are warring. Should I knit? Should I spin? What a conundrum!
