This is our car, or as close to it as I can show you today. It still only exists on paper and we won't be able to pick it up at the factory in August but we're still going to Scandinavia and experiencing the whole factory delivery day, just minus the driving our own car bit.

Well hello there. It's been a while since I've touched the old blog. With Instagram and Facebook and the other forms of social media, it became a lot easier to post short-form running commentaries of life. But as I get older and chat with people about our travels, it's getting harder and harder for me to remember the great things we've seen, done, eaten, drank...so I thought I'd look up my old Blogspot account thinking there was no way it still existed. But I forget: Google remembers all. Google never forgets. So I set my fingers to the keyboard again and here we are. Let me tell you about our last adventure...

OK, so a cow really has nothing to do with triathlon but the logo on my race shirt has them and a barn to boot. Must be an homage to a previous era in Hillsboro. But with Intel across the street and Yahoo down the road, you wouldn't realize it.

I digress....I raced today, first triathlon of the season. I was visualizing sub-1:20 all week long despite not tapering (bad habit, I know) and I got oh.so.close. How close? Well click on over to hobeysports to find out!
